Richie Belcher, MSN, RN, brings over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience in healthcare, with a career built on compassion, innovation, and equity. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Richie earned both his BSN and MSN and launched his nursing career with hands-on training at Harris Methodist and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.

Dedicated to healthcare access and equity, Richie worked with the state of Texas to improve medical services in underserved communities, particularly South Dallas. His efforts helped secure essential resources and support for vulnerable populations.
